Dubai seems awesome, right? Seriously, check out this resume:

• An underwater hotel
• Indoor ski resort
• Soon to be world’s tallest building (40% higher than the current tallest)
• Dubailand. Planned to be twice the size of Walt Disney World Resort, the world’s largest collection of amusement parks and largest single-site employer in the US (58,000 employees)

• Tracy Wilkinson, 45, West Sussex: Held in custody for eight weeks for possession of codeine before release
• Swiss national: Four-year jail term after poppy seeds found on his clothes
